V3 is out! Witch support?!

It turns out you CAN make a list of spells that work with witch after all!

list of changes in V3:
-Witch support!
-Warrior's "Yin Yang" rule is now less bearable.
-Warrior's "Curse of the Blind" rule is now WAY less bearable.
-Thief's "Uptick" rule now has a 50% chance to change limit break to "Trips"
-Fixed robot's jackpot rewards always being Lucky Shot, Regenerate and One More Roll.
-Robot can get more CPU on levelup now! how exciting!
-The person reading this changelog is now real.
-Witch and Jester can now get "Nothing" as level reward choices. This might seem bad, but it actually could save you when you are forced to take items!
-That one bug I can't fix. Oh well, you probably won't encounter it anyway...
